BOARD OF DIRECTORS STATEMENT

​​Men of Destiny is governed by a Board of Directors which ensures effective annual operational and financial management as a 501 (3) C organization. Board oversight ensures goals and actions are consistent with the purpose of assisting in the relief of low and middle-income demographics through programs that provide pathways to educational, economic, and social mobility.

​VOCATIONAL SKILLS​​

Certification in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), or Electrical that prepares
 students for a chances of paid apprenticeship with an Electrical, HVAC or construction company.

Men of Destiny is a 501(c)(3) grassroots, organization in Charlotte, North Carolina working to eradicate the competition mentality within the nonprofit sector. We truly believe the community can effectively be serviced by working together. Our motto,"Collaboration Over Competition," guides our work to serve those in our LMI neighborhoods.
